By the banks of the Yeşilırmak stands a wooden mansion whose windows seem to watch over an entire era… Inside, you are greeted by an intricately carved divan, a mirror adorned with silver details, and tables covered with century-old lace. Hazeranlar Mansion is not just a building; it feels as if the past is still alive within its walls.

Every room reflects the Ottoman sense of elegance. The harem and selamlık sections have preserved their original layout. Historical Information
The mansion was built in 1865 by Hasan Talat Efendi, Amasya’s treasurer (defterdar), and was named after his sister, Hazeran Hanım. Once used as the residence of an important family, today it is one of the finest examples of civil architecture in Amasya. Restored in the 1980s, it now functions both as an ethnographic museum and an art gallery. The rooms are authentically arranged to reflect the lifestyle of the era.
